I'm a PhD student in Plant Science at the University of Arizona. Originally from North Carolina, I graduated with a BS in Biology from UNC Greensboro. My research journey began in human biochemistry, but I've since been captivated by the world of plant-microbe interactions. Currently, I'm focusing on how beneficial microbes can help crop plants thrive during droughts. My passion lies in harnessing the power of these microbes as a sustainable solution to fight climate change's impact on agriculture.
