I am a LA native with a Biology BA, specializing in Cell and Molecular Biology, with a minor in Latino/a Latin American Studies. I am joining the Arizona Biological and Biomedical Sciences (ABBS) Program PhD program, then transitioning to Plant Sciences at the University of Arizona. My research interest is in microbial communities and their adaptive strategies towards environmental stressors.
